Soil
Sunflower can be grown on wide range of soils and tolerate a moderate pH
range. It thrives best on deep loam soils with good drainage and irrigation facilities.
Field preparation
The seed bed should be prepared well and stubbles of the previous crop
removed. Ensure sufficient moisture at the time of sowing.
